Good afternoon, leaders, today, I feel great honored to stand here. Firstly, I want to thank all of you for whom gave me oppotunities and trust on my work. I started from an employee of IT department to now become a supervisor, which is depend on your great support on my work.

In this celebration, especially, I would like to thank to my department manager. You have encouraged and taught me a lot, that let me have a deeper understanding in IT industry, also make me grown up. How time fly! During the past 5 years, whether it is ERP and VPN projects in 2008 and 2009, or OA project in 2010, or SAP project in 2011, you are in all respects to give support and encouragement. "Sail against the current move forward, or you'll fall behind", you let me know as a IT workers, we should constantly explore and pursue, in order to serve our company and the society better.

In 2012, It is a very special period to BALLUFF and me, as global economy downturn, the whole business of our company are changing rapidly. in order to make the company's business grow up better, we are successfully launched SAP at the end of 2011. I as one of the SAP members, how to serve the entire BALLUFF company, it will be a huge challenge. Despite that I still believe that, with the great efforts of all the Colleagues, we can certainly overcome all difficulties, towards a better future. Thank you.
