To repair your tool please read carfully this thread and you'll find the tutorial for your tool
First of all you need some tools
1. external AVR programmer for Atmega 162 MCU
2. Softwear for programming Atmega 162 MCU
3. Skills in soldering/unsoldering smd components
4. soldering/unsoldering smd components tools ( in somecases you need to unsolder some components and soldered item back )

If your tool is with FTDI FT232RL you need more
5. external progrmmer for GAL/ATF
6. softwear for flashing GAL/ATF

And in the wnd but not the last one you need dump :
7 dump for Atmega 162 MCU ( flash and eeprom ) for the Version you want to use 9 in your case VCDS 11.11.0 - you cna find it here in this forum or in others - it is free )
8. VCDS 11.11.0 original softwear
9. ept (dump) file and Mprog to flash FTDI memory if the tools it is not recognized as Ross-Tech Hex CAn in the Device Manager
If your tool is with FTDI FT232RL:
10. dump for GAL/ATF

Advice:
As many time talked in many forums the computer where you have installed the VCDS softwear may not have any internet connection ever ( not just during the diagnostic session )
EVER, otherwise you'll have same issue anytime

因为5053电路板的格式各样，请注意识别，貌似中文的很特殊，国外的朋友所中文的是OOXX软件来使用的。

貌似他们的是OOXX固件的？国外的5053线使用的一个loader+原版软件使用！
